Duties:
- Perform technical salon services
- Establish and maintain outstanding client relations to drive repeat business
- Seek continual education regarding our product line and industry trends, and communicate these features to clients
- Work with our retail team to provide a pleasing customer experience and work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current PA Cosmetologist, Manager or Teacher's license
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Thirst for knowledge regarding industry trends and products-Interest in career growth and development
- Must present a personal professional and style conscious appearance by meeting company standards for fashion and appearance, and that which customers expect from a full-service salon experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules and availability during peak business hours
