Guest Services Sales Director
Our Guest Services Sales Director is the perfect fit for a fashion forward customer-oriented professional with a desire to work in a world-class salon environment. The Guest Services Sales Director performs day-to-day duties for the front desk and customer relations. In addition, this individual supports the overall efficiency of the salon, including promoting company products, procedures, and policies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees. Periodically, the Guest Services Director will assume supervisory responsibilities as assigned by the Guest Services Sales Manager and/or the Salon Leader.
Duties:
- Represent the company as the first line of contact for appointment scheduling, and customer inquiries-Assist in the resolution of client complaints
- Process client payments following established procedures for customer service and cash management
- Educate clients on the products and services provided at the salon
- Operate POS computer system
- Open and close the salon as needed
- Provide inventory support
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in retail, hospitality or a sales/customer service environment.Prior supervisory or team leadership responsibility preferred
- Ability to perform calculations of percentages, addition, subtraction, and the ability to do sales reports and computations
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet objectives and follow up on assignments
- Must present a personal professional and style conscious appearance by meeting company standards for fashion and appearance, and that which customers expect from a full-service salon experience
